Background

This project started as a youtube channel and a blog back in 2019, the main idea of this project was to create videos and content in medium format (Horizontal videos of about 15 minutes) to explain basic principles about anarchism and de-bunk lies of the online right and since then a lot of things have changed. The project is now very cooperative and very focused in small format (Vertical videos of 1 to 3 minutes), the main operations are handled in the fediverse, instagram and tiktok.

Website and branding

The website is where i keep all my sources and try to keep it accesible to all targets, so it doesn’t get stuck in a password protected site, such as instagram. The main goal is to give more resources to my community.

The branding embraces the caos and changes depending on the context but overall the same character is used all across the different platforms: Chinicuil. The logo is based in the illustration by Cristina Spano

Red x las 40 horas

In Mexico we are still fighting to have the basic dignity of working 40 hours a week, this project was a collaboration between Fra el hada de las vacantes, Migala and Centro de estudios anti-anticomunistas. And we created a website with information and a very neat video.

Abolish the Police to Improve Society

I have very good memories about this video, was one of my first collaborations with a big creator, and working with Cruela Universe was such a blast. In this small video we speak about the common misconceptions about why we have police forces and why is necessary to abolish them.

The phrase cultural appropriation is not very clear

For me, the phrase cultural appropriation had no very sense, cultures do not exist in its purest state, and in fact cultures aproposed other cultures all the time, the Greeks of the Egyptians and the Luis Vuitton corporation the traditional art of indigenous people, right?
